Application for Affiliation

On-line access to this application is for 2 reasons. 

1) So that our lodge officers and members may have access to a copy when needed and,...

2)two, for Masons who are not a member of a lodge in this jurisdiction but wish to become one.

Please remember that even though that this application may be downloaded, it still requires that you attain signatures from two recommenders that are members of the lodge that you are about to petition.
