Question: What is a Freemason?

Answer: The simple answer is, "Freemasonry is a system of morality, veiled in allegory, illustrated by symbols, it is a philosophy of ethical conduct which imparts moral and social virtues and fosters brotherly love.

However, Freemasonry is much more than that. It’s something that cannot be explained so simply. It’s something different for everyman. The only way to truly know what a Freemason is; is to become one.

Question: How do I become a Freemason?

Answer: By taking the first step. Asking.

Question: What are the requirements of becoming a Freemason?

Answer: you must be a man, over the age of 18, be of good moral and social character, and have a belief in a Supreme Being.

 

Kauai Lodge FAQ

 

Question: When does Kauai Lodge meet?

Answer: The first and third Wednesdays of every month.

Question: Where does Kauai Lodge meet?

Answer: The Aloha Beach Resort, 3-5920 Kuhio Highway, Kapaa, Hawaii

Question:  When are Kauai Lodge's stated meetings?

Answer: The first Wednesday of every month. Refreshment starts at 6:30 p.m. Lodge opens at 7:30 p.m.

Question: When are Kauai Lodge's Officer Practices?

Answer:  The third Wednesday of every month. Starting at 6:30 p.m.

Question: Is there an initiation fee to become a member?

Answer:  Yes, there is an initiation fee of $140 to receive the degrees of Masonry at Kauai Lodge.

Question:  How much are the annual dues?

Answer: Annual dues at this time are $90 per year.
